I believe that food can be delicious and help you lose weight.

You don’t have to choose one over the other.

I love good food.

I’ve never been one to throw something in the microwave and call it a meal. In fact, before I started this plan, I didn’t even own a microwave. So when a fueling’s instructions said, “Add 3T of water and microwave for 90 seconds,” it was really hard for me to accept.

I’ve always loved to cook, so my natural instinct was to see what I could do with a fueling to make it something I loved. Yes, these are fuelings and I love how that word alone changed my relationship to food, but I still wanted the things I put in my body to be beautiful and satisfying, on top of being good for me.

Fast forward a few months in and I started sending my coach pictures of my hacks. After more than a few text exchanges, one day he said, “You need to share these with others. You are THE HACK QUEEN!”

So I started posting my hacks on Instagram in December of 2018, which then grew into a Facebook group in the summer of 2019. And now, there’s a blog to bring it all together.
